WATER temperature IOP vs OSE

Water temperature at OSE (in the BAY side) is affected by air temperature in winter. Minimum water temperature is 13 c deg(below 55F). Water temp of IOP is warmer than OSE in winter.
In September, Black Current often flow near izu peninsulaI. So the water temp of IOP is higher than OSE. -
